How to order your personalised coffee mugs

Ensure that you enclose the relevant artwork, either on disc, CD or email it to us. We are able to work from photographs but please package this carefully. Scanned photographs provide a good quality reproduction but will not be as good as a digital image.

When sending images by email attachment PLEASE send us a good quality jpg image, the larger the file the better.Don’t re-size or crop it – leave that to us.

Ideally we need an image of 300 pixels per inch in either jpg or pdf format to ensure a crisp copy when we print your mugs

Sublimation, the process we use, gives very good colour matching but due to the process involved we cannot guarantee an exact colour match.

Don’t send images that have been ‘captured’ or used for a website. They look superb on screen but are of a low resolution and when printed will result in a pixelate, blurred image.

Provide us with a copy of how you would like your personalised coffee mug to look

Ensure that any words you wish us to print onto the personalised coffee mug are clearly written

If you require a particular font for the wording ensure that it is clearly linked to the word/s in question

For our boat coffee mugs – if you want your boat name to be featured in international code flags – spell it clearly for us.

Our preferred method of payment is by cheque but we do offer a secure on-line payment by credit / debit cards via PayPal – the link to PayPal is below.

Payment by PayPal carries a small premium (4%) over and above the cost of your mugs, email to find out what it will be – that’s why we prefer payment by cheque !!

Post and packing: please add : £2.85 for a single mug

Corporate orders are usually in multiples of 36 mugs and postage costs £15 per 36 mugs.

Before you pay by PayPalemail us with your requirements and we will give you the full price – including post and packing.

Damage in transit – should you have received damaged mugs we will need to claim against our carrier for this. They require us to make a claim within 7 days of delivery. We will replace your damaged mugs provided that we are advised of any damage within 5 days of delivery. We need a photo of the damaged mugs. Any claim made outside of 5 days from delivery and any claim not accompanied by a photo of the damaged mugs within 5 days of delivery cannot be entered into
